I went through Marine Corps boot camp, ran two marathons, and worked with several trainers through my life. Lori's work resulted in the largest physical change I have undergone in over thirty years.
She began slowly as we both learned what I needed to do and how much I wanted to do, balanced against what I was capable of doing at the time. Over a period of a year she changed everything we did as she added new routines and changed old exercises to reflect my increasing strength, balance, and endurance. She never pushed when I could not or would not perform an exercise or more repetitions. Yet, at the same time, she constantly encouraged me to work more on those areas I wanted to improve.
Lori also designed travel workouts for me to use when I am away from home. She can creatively build a suitable exercise regimen that works with little more than a hotel room and a couple of simple tools. This prevented me from losing any progress due to large gaps.
After about a year, I lost thirty-five pounds and returned to the street for the running I so enjoy. Today, my strength and balance are better than any time since I was thirty years old. Lori's work was critical to the effort.

Accommodating: Lori met my early morning schedule with 6:30 am visits to my home. When traveling caused a change in schedule, she was always very flexible and adjusted our days.
Creative: My workouts were never the same, but she always worked the whole body during each session. Lori gave me workout sheets to use when I traveled or wanted to do more on my own.
When I began working with Lori, my tolerance for exercise was limited. Doing a plank for 15 seconds was a chore. I can now hold it for 90 seconds! During the 16 months working with Lori, I gained strength, improved my balance and improved my appearance. My goal to stay active and healthy has a strong foundation and though I will sorely miss Lori, I feel I can maintain and even improve my success."

"I wanted to improve my physical health, endurance and flexibility and have always been challenged to find a work out I could and would sustain. I have had diabetes since I was 10 years old. I am now 53. I am also diagnosed with fibromyalgia and am very stiff. Exercising has always been difficult. Lori put together and modified a routine for me that allowed me to work out with much effectiveness, but minimal problems, as far as pain. Using her personalized program allowed me to make maximum use of my body in short interval-type training that did not over-stress any one muscle group at a time.
